Working with web-based training firm Via Training, this online course was created for retail sales professionals who are users of Intel's Retail Edge web-portal. They were able to use this courseware to learn about the introduction of a new technology in Intel Processor-based PCs known as Hyper-Threading. The course is meant to inform and engage its audience, helping them answer customer questions and ultimately sell more product. I was responsible for writing the entire course, including all of the learning activities and the final quiz.
